This is the third time I've used Flowers by Dena. The first time was for my wife's 50th birthday party, the second for Valentine's Day this year, and this time for our 21st wedding anniversary. Dena has exceeded a standard of quality, style and excellence each time.This recent order was honored during closure of her business due to the COVID-19 crisis. I had placed my order way before businesses were ordered closed. Dena contacted me personally to stay in touch and try to honor my order in any way possible. She was unable to do so with fresh flowers, and instead offered a display of wooden flowers. I accepted and she delivered them to my door on our anniversary date. My wife could not have been more pleased with the beauty and style of the arrangement, stating she loved it so that she wanted to redecorate an entire room to match the arrangement!Dena's going "above and beyond" to not just take care of her customers but to do so in such a quality and attentive manner is a true example of superior customer service.She has a customer for life here....I can't recommend any more strongly that anyone looking for quality floral arrangements and services consider Dena and no one else.

Dena is simply awesome! I ordered flowers before, for my wife's 50th birthday party and they were fantastic. I submitted an order for Valentine's Day, and soon after Dena called to tell me that I won the drawing for upgrade of my order. My wife told me that the flower arrangement was simply the best, most beautiful she has ever received in her entire life, and we've been together 23 years! Her coworkers took pictures to send to their husbands...LOL...guess they should order from Dena next time!
